Channing is a devoted mom, driven entrepreneur, and passionate designer who has been part of the industry since 2012. Her creativity, experience, and vision have played a major role in growing the brand and expanding Herd & Hide into stores across the nation. Beyond business, she has a heart for giving back and believes that true success is measured by the good we can do for others. Supporting charities and safe houses serving women and children remains an important part of that mission.

Behind the scenes, Stephen helps turn ideas into reality. An outdoorsman at heart, he brings a practical, hands-on approach to product development, inventory, warehouse operations, and the countless details that keep the business moving forward. He is the steady presence behind the scenes who helps keep everything — and everyone — on track.

Alongside them is an incredible team, each bringing their own talents, ideas, and strengths to Herd & Hide. Our growth would not be possible without the dedication and creativity of the people who work together every day to serve our customers and build this brand.
