These aren’t your average throwaway air fresheners. Fresh Hide leather freshies are handcrafted to last. Made from thick, premium leather, they’re stylish, durable, and completely re-scentable.

When the fragrance fades, simply refresh it:
Add a few drops of your favorite fragrance oil to the back of the freshie, or give it a light mist with room & linen spray. Let it soak in, and voilà — good as new. You can re-scent it again and again, making it a long-lasting way to keep your car, closet, or space smelling amazing.

SHIPPING

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days after they are placed. Please keep in mind that our warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays.  During peak seasonal periods, promotions, or sales, processing times may extend to 8-10 business days. Quality is always a top priority, and we want to make sure your order is prepared with care and arrives exactly as expected.
  

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer standard domestic shipping within the United States. All shipped orders receive a valid tracking number and are sent through USPS or UPS.
  

Where can I find my tracking information?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please add shopherdandhide@gmail.com to your safe sender list and be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our email.
 

Should I purchase shipping insurance?

We highly recommend protecting your order with shipping insurance for added peace of mind. Herd & Hide is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by USPS or UPS to the shipping address provided at checkout.    
Shipping insurance is the only guarantee for replacement in the event of a qualifying lost or damaged shipment.
  

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take pride in the quality of every order, but we understand that unexpected issues can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email shopherdandhide@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage so our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
 

I never received my order. What should I do?

 If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of the actual ship date, please contact us at shopherdandhide@gmail.com. Our support team will gladly help research the shipment, review tracking information, and assist with filing a missing mail claim when applicable.
  

I am missing an item or received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please email shopherdandhide@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. Our team will review the order and work to correct any packing or fulfillment error. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
  

CHANGES, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

 

Can I make a change to an order that has not shipped?

Possibly! Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because our team begins processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has entered production or fulfillment. For the fastest assistance, call or text our support team at 806-474-8554.
  

Because many of our products are handcrafted in-house specifically for your order,     exchanges are not accepted after delivery unless otherwise stated. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and listing photos carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing or product details, we are always happy to help before you purchase.  

 

Can I combine multiple orders?

 At this time, we are unable to combine separately placed orders. Our warehouse team works on multiple orders simultaneously, and each order moves through production and fulfillment at its own pace. Shipping orders individually as they are completed allows us to maintain an efficient workflow and get your purchases on the way as quickly as possible.

This product is crafted from genuine leather. While it features a water-resistant finish, please note that it is not completely waterproof. To maintain its quality and prevent any swelling, we recommend keeping it away from moisture.
